Free shopping for all orders over $300 to CANADA
Orders under $300 for domestic shipping and handling will have a fee of $14.99

 

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

 

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock, we will then charge your credit card and your order will ship within 3-7 business days from the date you ordered. An e-mail will be sent of your shipment’s tracking number within 24 hours of when you placed the order. If you do not receive your shipment within 14 business days, please contact us at star4company@gmail.com. For a minimum purchase of $300, we offer FREE shipping anywhere within the CANADA

 

Damages

When your package arrives, please inspect your purchase. If you notice any damages to your purchased item(s), please notify us immediately of the damages along with pictures to ostar4company@gmail.com, and we will process an claim on your behalf.
